15-Day Return Policy

You have a 15-day window upon receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at info@langstonreed.com. Once your return request is accepted, you'll receive instructions on the return process. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

For a speedy exchange, we recommend returning the item following the approved return process and making a separate purchase for the desired item.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled until they are shipped. Contact us within 2 hours of placing an order if changes or cancellations are needed. Once the shipping process commences, cancellation becomes impossible.
